Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Binary Rambo ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of all our software products and mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"). By installing or using any App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Apps.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play from which you obtained the App.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions
What you get
Some of our Apps offer optional paid plans — for example a Plus or Premium subscription — that unlock additional features. The exact name, length, price and feature list of every subscription are shown on the in-app purchase screen inside each App, and on that App’s store listing on the App Store and Google Play.
Billing & renewal
- Each subscription is billed at the price and interval displayed on the in-app purchase screen and confirmed by the App Store / Google Play. Prices may differ by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing & cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a period, except where required by law.
Free trials & introductory offers
Where offered, free trials or introductory pricing apply once per user as determined by the App Store / Google Play. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the Apps to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Apps or the servers that host them.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense your account.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Apps. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using the Apps you also agree to that Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Apps are productivity tools and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Rambo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so (e.g. limitations of liability, governing law).
10. Changes to the Apps or Terms
We may update the Apps and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Your continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance.
11. App Store / Google Play terms
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Binary Rambo only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Equivalent provisions apply for Google Play.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
